No problem — the FitPaddy front desk can help you get back in.

1. 1Visit or contact the FitPaddy front desk and ask them to reset your app password.
2. 2Have your Member Code ready. You’ll find it on your FitPaddy member card.
3. 3The team will send you a one-time reset code on WhatsApp. Enter it on the next page, with your Member Code and phone number, and choose a new password.

For your security, FitPaddy never asks for your password by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
